Tip #6: The "Done" list

We've all heard of many different variants of the "to-do" list. But have you ever come across the "done" list? Someone suggested this to me last week and it has been incredible!

It's very simple, really. When things are chaotic, a to-do list or plan can seem overwhelming.

But this concept of the "done" list simply looks to acknowledge everything you've done.

At the end of a "work day", list everything you did that day for your courses or work. And cross them off. You will be acknowledging what you have done. And that's it :)

This helps look at what you have done instead of worrying about what you have not done. I tried this out over the past few days, and it has helped with my mental well-being.

Try it out.

Again, one day at a time. You got this.

We are all in this together.

Take care, and may the Force be with you.
