Tip #1: Create and stick to a schedule

The easiest thing to ignore is a bit of structure when we're practicing distancing/isolation guidelines. If we do not try to simulate our regular schedules, i.e. getting ready, going to a physical/mental "zone" to work, etc., it is easy to slip into a negative thinking spiral. Trust me, I've been there and done that.

What can you do? Create a schedule for yourself -- if you are a student, the easiest thing to do is to use your Dal timetable/schedule or create a similar schedule for yourself.

Plan your time so that you will study/do the work for courses during the times in your schedule. That way, you will stay on track for learning and success in the course.

While you're working, create an environment that supports your mind -- play nature sounds in the background (my favourite is the water/birds recording on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ja8pA2B0RR4&t=2035s).

Take care, and may the Force be with you.
