Prioritizing people in our work & life

It was an honour to be invited to be one of the keynote speakers at Snowball 2021 organized by the Dalhousie Computer Science Society (CS Society) on Friday, March 12, 2021.

Thanks to the CS Society for recording this session and making it available to be shared. I thought I'd use this opportunity to share a bit of the work we're doing and about why a focus on people is necessary in academia. I also shared some lessons that I've learned over the past little while to encourage folks to take a collaborative approach as we move forward together to develop solutions to whatever challenges face us in our new normal.
